These rules are enforced to ensure a positive and fair environment. Violations will result in penalties as outlined below. Staff reserves the right to take action on any behavior deemed disruptive, even if not explicitly listed.
1. Respectful Conduct:
1.1. Treat all members with respect.
1.2. Personal attacks, harassment, and threats (including death threats) are strictly prohibited.
1.3. Sexism, hate speech, and racism are absolutely prohibited. This includes the use of racial slurs (e.g., the "N-word" and its variations).
2. Privacy and Safety:
2.1. Doxxing (revealing private information) is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Swatting (falsely reporting an emergency) is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Witch hunting (targeting individuals for harassment) is strictly prohibited.
3. No Advertising:
3.1. Advertising of any kind, including in DMs, is prohibited.
4. No NSFW Content:
4.1. Content that is Not Safe For Work (NSFW), including gore and sexual content, is prohibited.
5. No Spamming:
5.1. Spamming text channels with excessive messages is prohibited.
5.2. Disrupting voice channels with soundboards, voice changers, or excessive noise (earrape) is prohibited.
6. No Sensitive Topics:
6.1. This server is not a platform for debates on sensitive or controversial topics that may lead to conflict.
7. No Malicious Content:
7.1. Sharing malicious content, including but not limited to grabify links, viruses, crash videos, links to viruses, and token grabbers, will result in an automated ban.
8. No Self Bots:
8.1. The use of self bots, including Nitro snipers, "nighty"-like bots, and auto-status changing bots, is prohibited.
9. Staff Communication:
9.1. For assistance, use the designated support ticket channel. Do not DM staff members directly for support.
10. Profile Picture/Banner Rules:
10.1. Must not contain NSFW content.
10.2. Must not contain racist content.
10.3. Must not contain brightly flashing images that could induce epileptic seizures.

12. Real Money Trading (RMT):
12.1. RMT posts are permitted *only* in the (#?buy-and-sell) channel. Violations will result in a minimum 1-day Time Out.

Penalty: Change In Game Name.
14. Offensive Insults:
14.1. Insults that are racial, sexual orientation-based, gender-based, or demeaning to parents are prohibited.
Penalty: Chat Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
15. Disrespecting Staff/GMs:
15.1. Disrespectful behavior towards RF MAJOR Staff members is not tolerated.
Penalty: Chat Ban (1st offense: 5 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
16. Illegal MAU Parking:
16.1. Parking MAUs inside the Chip for hiding purposes is prohibited. This includes hiding in Towers or as players on parked MAUs.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
17. Healing/Debuffing in Safe Zones:
17.1. Healing and debuffing in safe zones is permitted.
Penalty: No penalty.
18. Glitching and Hiding:
18.1. Exploiting glitches, hiding in MAUs, Chips, or behind NPCs using MAUs, moving through unintended terrain, or attacking mobs from unreachable positions is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
19. Force Logout:
19.1. Intentionally force-logging out is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
20. Nuking Outside/After CW:
20.1. Using nuke skills outside Crag Mine or inside Crag Mine after CW time (ends when HSK is dead or race buff is applied) is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
21. Chaos Potions in CW:
21.1. Using chaos potions during Crag Mine Wars is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
22. Selling Council/Race Leader Accounts:
22.1. Selling accounts with Council or Race Leader status is prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent Ban.
23. Trash Buffing:
23.1. Intentionally using low-level buffs to clutter or hinder gameplay is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 1 day, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
24. Promoting Other Servers/Games:
24.1. Promoting other game servers or games is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent Ban.
25. Going to Enemy Race HQs:
25.1. Going to a different Race Headquarters on purpose is not allowed.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
26. Bug Abuse/Exploitation:
26.1. Abusing or exploiting any in-game bugs is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: (1st Offense: 7 Days Ban, 2nd Offense: Permanent Ban).
27. Certain/Tempo/Contribution Points:
27.1. Manipulating the Certain, Tempo, or Contribution Point systems is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
28. Tower Farming in Crag Mine Core:
28.1. Using Towers for farming purposes inside the Crag Mine Core is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: All Towers will be Destroyed, 2nd offense: 7 Days Ban, 3rd offense: 30 Days Ban).
29. Sharing Ticket Information:
29.1. Leaking sensitive or confidential information from support tickets is prohibited. Penalties will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may range from a 3-day temporary ban to a permanent ban.
30. CB Buff Bug Abuse:
30.1. Abusing the CB Buff bug is prohibited. To remove the bug, you must rejoin your guild.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
31. Deceiving Staff:
31.1. Deceiving or lying to server staff is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 7 Days, 2nd offense: Permanent Ban).
32. "Cut Skills":
32.1 Using "cut skills" (unintended skill interactions or exploits) is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
33. Spreading Fake News:
33.1 Spreading false information that can negatively affect the server is prohibited.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 3 days, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
34. Impersonating Staff/GMs:
34.1. Impersonating Staff members or Game Masters, or using IGNs like "GM" or "ADMIN", is prohibited.
35. Abuse of Race Leader Authority:
35.1. Misusing Race Leader commands or authority is prohibited.
Penalty: Removal of post [24h/30days ban].
36. Placing Towers in PB/Spawn Areas:
36.1. Placing Towers in Pit Boss (PB) teleport areas (without the PB being present) or spawn areas (e.g., WH, LL, Belphegor, etc.) is prohibited.
36.2. Reporting requires clear video or screenshot evidence with the reported character's IGN.
36.3. Players must first request their Race Leader to destroy misplaced towers. If the Race Leader is AFK or inactive, a ticket can be filed with a screenshot showing the DM to the Race Leader.
Penalty: 1st offense: GMs will destroy the tower. 2nd offense: 3-day Ban. 3rd offense: 7-day Ban. 4th offense: 30-day Ban.
37. Placing Towers in TP Areas (Beast Mountain, Outcast Plain):
37.1. Placing Towers in teleport areas of Beast Mountain and Outcast Plain is prohibited.
37.2. Reporting requires clear video or screenshot evidence with the reported character's IGN.
Penalty: 1st offense: 3-day Ban. 2nd offense: 7-day Ban. 3rd offense: Permanent Ban.
38. Logging Out After Force Freeze/Solid Mode:
38.1. Logging out immediately after casting Force Freezing (Bells) or Solid Mode (Accretia) is considered the same as Force Logout.
38.2. Using any teleport scroll is allowed after the duration of Force Freezing/Solid Mode.
Penalty: Ban (1st offense: 1 day, 2nd offense: 7 days, 3rd offense: 30 days).
39. Use of Low-Level Accounts for RMT:
39.1. Using accounts level 49 and below for Real Money Trading is prohibited.
39.2. Selling in Normal, Map Chat, Buy, Sell, or Whole Chat using level 49 and below accounts for RMT is prohibited.
39.3. Aiding or providing stealth to low-level RMT activities is prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent Ban (IP will be tracked, and all associated accounts will be banned).
40. Scam/Hack Transactions:
40.1. The server is not responsible for losses due to account compromise. Members are responsible for securing their account credentials and should not share them with anyone. The server does not mediate or reimburse losses from player-to-player transactions. Exercise caution and consider when doing a buy and sell.
41. Race Currency / Cash Coin Selling (Restrictions):
41.1. Selling Race Currency or Cash Coins using a character different from the one holding the currency/coins through in-game chats is prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent Ban.
